Hi, my 4:10 pm flight from Denver to Boston (LK 482) was just cancelled at the gate. The agent said it's a crew scheduling problem. I'm booked on the 9:30 pm Boston to Lisbon flight on the same ticket and there's no way I'll make it now. I have to be in Lisbon by tomorrow afternoon for my sister's wedding. What are my options? If we cancel a flight, we rebook the customer on the next available Larkspur Air flight at no cost. If that would make them more than 4 hours late, we may also book a partner airline's flight.

3.2Missed connections
When a delay or cancellation on our flight makes a customer miss a connection booked on the same ticket, we rebook the onward flight at no cost and keep checked bags moving to the final destination.
Why it applies: The Lisbon flight is on the same ticket, so the missed connection is rebooked too.
3.5Hotel for overnight disruption
When a delay or cancellation within our control keeps a customer overnight away from home, we provide a hotel room and transport between the airport and the hotel, or reimburse up to $150 per night with receipts.
Why it applies: A crew problem is within our control, so a hotel is covered if she is stuck overnight.
